Our church is a family. As a family we worship, love and live out God's purpose for our lives as one body.

Just as every family has certain characteristics that are uniquely theirs, our church has developed a set of values that are especially important to us and influence every one of our events, programs and activities.
IBB's Top Ten Values...
1. Our Church is a body. Every member is a vital part with something unique to offer to the whole,as described in Paul's letter to the Corinthians.
2. Love and unity must be the backdrop of everything we do, both within and outside of the Church.
3. Our relationships are based on those specific portions of Scripture that mention what we should do toward One Another.
4. Every member is a minister, with specific gifts and abilities that enrich the whole body.
5. We strive to equip everyone for ministry and many for leadership.
6. We believe life transformation and spiritual growth happen best in a small group environment.
7. Everyone should be involved in touching lives around the world through missions.
8. That our abundant life should be characterized by joy, laughter and fun along the journey.
